The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Francis Conole, Conole for Congress, refunded $1,825 to Sylvia Hancock on Sept. 9, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Conole for Congress has refunded $1,825 total since April 1.
