Rep. Brandon Williams constituent service operation is in full force, having closed nearly 1,100 cases, including 175 veteran cases, 149 Social Security cases, 167 IRS cases, obtained more than 140 passports, and brought back more than $4 million back to constituents.

SYRACUSE — Today, Congressman Brandon Williams (NY-22) provided an update on constituent services casework handled by professional staff in his Syracuse and Utica district offices. This work directly supports individuals and families seeking assistance with federal agencies and programs.

According to Congressman Brandon Williams, "I am proud to announce that the tireless work of my offices’ professional caseworkers has resulted in over $4,000,000 brought back to our district. The free, timely services that my office provides to Central New York families are making a difference where it counts."

Williams also stated, "If you believe we can be of assistance as you navigate your interactions with federal agencies, professional staff in my Syracuse and Utica district offices are ready to help."
